Can I see how the furniture is made?
Contact us about current builds, wood finishes and construction details. Every order is handcrafted, with cutting, sanding, assembly and finishing handled individually. Pickup in Miami is by appointment.
Do you have a showroom?
We handcraft furniture at a private home workshop in Miami and do not have a public showroom. Pickup and any workshop visit must be arranged and confirmed in advance. Contact us to discuss your furniture, finishes and appointment options.
Delivery or pickup?
Pickup is available in Miami by confirmed appointment. We deliver across South Florida, from Fort Lauderdale to Marathon, including Miami, Kendall, Miami Beach, Homestead, Hollywood and Key Largo. Delivery is quoted separately based on your location and order size. Include your city and ZIP code in your request; we’ll confirm the fee before you order.
What is included in a full lounge set?
One 3-seat sofa, one loveseat, one single chair and one coffee table. Individual pieces are also available. Cushions and mattresses are sold separately. Palma curtains are not included unless specified in your quote.
How long does production take?
Typically about two weeks after your 50% deposit. Timing may vary with order size, workload and weather. We confirm the schedule with your quote.
Materials and custom sizes
Our outdoor furniture is handcrafted from pressure-treated wood selected for outdoor use. Custom dimensions and configurations are available on request; pricing varies by design and size.
How do I care for the furniture?
Clean with mild soap, water and a soft cloth or brush. Avoid harsh chemicals and pressure washers. Remove salt, avoid standing water and inspect the finish regularly. Renew it with a compatible exterior product when needed. Use a breathable cover during extended non-use.
How do I order and pay?
Select a priced product or one complete lounge set and finish, choose pickup, and pay a 50% deposit securely through Stripe. WholeSale takes $400 off complete Cube, Axis, Essence and Core lounge sets only; other products keep their regular price. Use separate checkouts for different product options, or request a combined quote. For delivery, custom dimensions or items without a confirmed price, request a quote first. The deposit funds materials and production and is non-refundable for customer cancellations, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Read our order terms before paying. Other payment options include Zelle, Cash App and cash.

Do you build wood and composite decks?
Yes. We build custom decks on site in Miami and South Florida. We review the property, material, dimensions and design before confirming scope and price.
Can my deck have curves or an unusual layout?
We plan curved edges, rounded steps, angles, board patterns and optional integrated garden areas. The final design depends on your site and selected material.
Can I order a deck and furniture together?
Yes. We can coordinate deck colors and handcrafted furniture finishes in an individually quoted outdoor package—for example, a walnut-tone wood deck with Natural Cedar-finish furniture.
How are deck finishes chosen?
Wood decks can use suitable stain or paint. Composite decking uses the selected product’s available colors. Final selections are confirmed during the quote process.
