Furniture order terms.

Your Stripe payment confirmation identifies the furniture set, amount paid and customer. These terms form part of that order. Keep your receipt and a copy of these terms.

Your 50% deposit

The deposit funds the purchase of materials and the production of your made-to-order furniture. It is credited toward your furniture total. The remaining 50% is due before or at the arranged pickup or delivery. We do not automatically charge the remaining balance to your card.

Cancellations and refunds

The deposit is non-refundable for customer cancellations because it commits materials and production resources to your order, except where applicable law requires a refund. Any amount retained is subject to applicable legal limits. This policy does not waive your rights concerning defective or undelivered goods, or permit us to retain payment for an order we cannot fulfill. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel your order.

Estimated production time

Furniture is generally ready for pickup or scheduled delivery approximately two weeks after your deposit payment is confirmed and your order details are finalized. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Weather can affect woodworking, finishing and drying. We will notify you of weather-related delays and coordinate an updated schedule.

Pickup or delivery

Pickup in Miami is by confirmed appointment. Delivery is available for an additional fee, quoted and agreed separately based on the location and order. Delivery is not included in the online furniture deposit. Request and approve a delivery quote before paying if you need delivery. Do not arrive for pickup until we confirm your furniture is ready.

Your furniture selection

A complete lounge set includes one 3-seat sofa, one loveseat, one single chair and one coffee table. Confirm your collection and wood finish in Stripe before paying. Cushions, mattresses and accessories are sold separately unless expressly included in a written quote. Custom sizes, extra pieces and deck projects require a separate quote.

WholeSale discount

When WholeSale is applied on our website, $400 is deducted from the full furniture price of each eligible complete Cube, Axis, Essence or Core set before calculating the 50% deposit and 50% balance. It does not apply to individual pieces, delivery or other products. Other products and individual pieces with a published fixed price can also be ordered online at their regular price, with a 50% deposit and 50% balance. WholeSale does not reduce these prices. The online checkout accepts one product option in one finish per order, or the exact four-piece lounge bundle. Use a separate checkout for a different product option, or contact us for a combined quote. Quantities can be adjusted in Stripe; prices, deposits and balances shown there are per unit. Custom sizes, items without an agreed price, and delivery require a quote before payment.

Confirmation and contact

Enter a correct email address at checkout so Stripe can send your receipt after a successful payment. Payment processing is not the same as a confirmed payment; we verify payment before starting production. Your receipt and these terms are your order record, not a separately signed contract.
